In line with the services we offer under the SkillFlow umbrella, we have developed an online platform to make it easy for individuals and organisations to effectively manage their coaching, mentoring and performance management needs. At this stage, the online platform only provides the opportunity for mentoring, although we are aiming to include the other areas over the coming months.
We have now reached a stage where I would like to pilot this online platform with organisations that are keen to take their mentoring experience to the next level. The core aim of the pilot programme is to test the market and to optimise the user experience when interacting with our platform.
The key benefit for the participating organisations is that they are able to manage (or let us manage) their mentoring programmes through our platform and to be kept informed about the effectiveness of the various mentoring relationships and activity. In addition,
it has been proven that mentoring provides an increased level of productivity and competency for the participating employees and reduces the turn-over rate for the organisation as a whole.
